Fat questions from Miss Brooke!

 1) What is the coolest thing you learned about your classmates? What made it cool?
The coolest thing I found out about my classmates is that a lot of them breed a variety of breedable pets! I also breed animals and even wrote an article about it in the school paper. I think it's cool that a lot of us have something in common as it will help us make friends with each other and it also shows that my classmates are kind people as I think that taking care of a pet takes lots of love and patience because they can be very needy and require lots of your attention sometimes. I also think it's cool that we all had different interests too because class would be soooo boring if we were all the same! It's good that we have different likes, dislikes and hobbies as we can learn from each other and form different opinions.

2) What are your hopes for this class? What do you hope to learn about Egypt?
I hope that I make lots of new friends and also learn lots about a new subject. I hope to learn about all the Gods and Goddesses that the people in ancient Egypt worshipped and also about the kids there and if they enjoy the sames things I do. I think it would be really awesome if we went on a field trip to Egypt or even time traveled to ancient Egypt and meet some Pharaohs! I also hope to learn about the pyramids and how they built them because I've seen pictures of them and they look huuuuuge! Other than making friends and learning about Egypt I also hope that this class is tons of fun!

If you could have two famous people over for the day...

...who would it be and what would you do with them?

Ummm, if I could have two famous people over at my house for the day it would be Robert Pattinson and Justin Bieber. I would make Justin Bieber clean out all my kitties' litter trays and fill up their food and water. I would also then charge all my friends and all the girls at school who are in love with him 1 dollar each to watch him clean up after my kitties.

While everyone is watching Justin Bieber do my chores, me and Robert Pattinson will run about the forest away from everyone so he can just spend some time having some peace and quiet because I don't think he gets a lot of that. Having girls scream and cry when ever they see you probably gets annoying after a while and we could just play Go Fish or something while all the crazy girls are drooling over Justin Bieber!

Should there be a dress code...

...in places such as school, restaurants, and places of business? Why or why not?

I think that there should be a dress code in places such as restaurants and shops and other work places because it lets the customers know which people work at the shop and who are just customers. This also helps the customers to not become victims of crime, as some people are not so nice and will try and steal things from others instead of working hard and earning those things themselves.

I also think that Dress codes and uniforms are essential for other jobs like police people or firefighters so that if you are lost or need help those kinds of people are easily recognisable and you know that you are able to trust them to take care of you and help you sort your problem out. If you are lost, going up to a stranger for help might not be the best idea, because you should never talk to strangers, but seeing someone in their public service uniform lets you know that they are there to help you and that they are very kind a brave and trustworthy people.

School uniforms are also important because it makes all the kids in that school kind of the same. Not in like, a clone way, but so that if you're all wearing the same thing, there will be less bullying and being mean about people's clothes and whether they have expensive name brand clothing or just cheap or freebie things. I think that it is a good idea to be able to accessorise your uniform in order to make it more unique to you, but having the same base outfit I think is a good thing in the long run.

Exploring Africa!

Today in in class we traveled to Africa! While we were exploring the Continent, we stopped off at a wildlife enclosure to visit all the pretty (and not so pretty D:) animals that lived there. Some of the animals were HUGE and others were tiny and someone them ate leaves and grass and others were carnivores and ate meat (we were careful not to get too close to those ones), and some of them were endangered which means that there aren't many left of that type of animal anymore and if we do not look after them now, then they might disappear forever!

My favourite animal out of all of the ones we saw on our trip were the giraffes! Giraffes are one of the world's tallest mammals (mammals are warm blooded animals like humans!) They have very, very long negs and necks which help them to eat the leaves from tall trees. Giraffes have small horns on top of their heads which are used to protect the giraffe's head incase it gets into a fight.

Female giraffes can grow to be 16 feet tall and male giraffes can grow as big as 19 feet tall! They can live to be 25 years old if they live happily and healthily in the wild and are covered in lots of pretty spots that cover their entire body except for their tummy. Each giraffe's spot pattern are different like human fingerprints!

If you could give any gift...

...what whould you give, and to whom?

If I could give any gift, I would give all the homeless and family-less children at MAW, and all the other adoption centers, a home! I think that every child deserves to have a loving family and a place to stay. Even if you do not spend a lot of time together, I think it is still important to have someone there to tuck you in at night and read you a bedtime story as you drift off to sleep.

As a kid who has spent time in both a family and being an orphan living at MAW, I can say 100% that even things that you might think are not necessary to have parents around, like going to school, really make a difference! Having someone pack you your lunch in the morning and adding an extra treat for you to find during lunch does make going to school just that little bit more special. As does having someone be waiting for you at the bottom of the steps, ready to hear all about your day and roll their eyes as you explain to them how you actually do not have any home work at all for the entire school year and that they definitely do not need to go and bother your teacher by asking them about it...

If you could design a type of ice cream...

...what would be in it & what would you call it?

Oh my sparkles! If someone was crazy enough to let me into an ice cream factory and let me choose the flavour and ingredients for a new ice cream I would have it be strawberry and vanilla ice cream as a base and then have a kiwi sorbet running though it because I think that would be so yummy and the kiwi sorbet would add a sharp kick to the strawberry! I would also have them mix up the strawberry and vanilla ice cream with cornflakes to make an interesting texture and then i would have reeces pieces scattered throughout because no ice cream is complete without chocolate and peanut butter!

I don't know what I would call it.. *thinks* Maybe something simple like "Pia's Amazing and Completely Delicious Ice Cream That Will Definitely Not Kill You. Maybe."

My favourite sim

My favourite sim is the Tableau sim. Actually I have a lot of favourites and I was thinking about which one I should write about and then I got a notices saying that tableau had re opened and decided to blog that sim instead! Tableau not only has lots and lots of really nice stores but it changes it's entire sim theme every now and then, which is a feature I really like! I found the sim aaaaages ago, I can't really remember exactly when but it was just a normal sim with just some nice stores and then a volcano errupted and then sim had to shut down for a week or so while they rebuild everything! When the sim came back up it was themed like a refugee camp with the stores being built out of old boxes and things found lying about after the volcano errupted :D I think it's such a fun idea to completely re-do the entire theme - it definitely shows that they are creative and that keeps me coming back to explore!
